LOVE that this came as a 2 pack!! I needed a way to hang wet jackets and towels coming in from dog walking. Most (if not all) other hanging racks were way too short so the 2 pack was awesome. The directions were very straight forward, particularly for someone who doesn't infer well from what might otherwise be common sense. I'm not exactly the 'I know this'. Directions said 1/4 " bit and that was the Perfect size (so nice that I didn't have to guess). Also VERY helpful that extra wall anchors and screws were provided just in case you make a mistake or drop one behind any hard to move furniture (washer/dryer maybe). I didn't need the extras (nor was moving something an issue for me) but just a well thought out part of the item.
