only shredded cheese we buy costs about the same and Superior it melts perfectly the flavors great the texture is like freshly grated cheese it doesn't seem to have that cornstarchy quality to it that is coated on most shredded cheese this cheese doesn't seem to have that it's like comes from a block type of cheese it' the only shredded cheese will buy delicious and great texture

The cheese of cheeses

This isn't “shredded cheese.” This is the reason recipes get made in the first place. I opened the bag to make tacos and somehow the cheese started disappearing before the pan was even hot. It melts perfectly, tastes like it was personally approved by four proud states, and instantly upgrades anything it touches—eggs, burgers, nachos, baked potatoes, “I'm just having a snack,” you name it. Also, let's be honest: the “resealable” bag is adorable. Like I'm going to reseal it. I have goals, but I also have cheddar. If you want bland, keep walking. If you want cheesy greatness that makes you consider sprinkling it on your life problems, this is it.
