Really good braking in the snow

I bought these tires for both of my kid's cars. My son and I took his little Hyundai Accent on completely untreated roads with about 5 inches of snow and ice. These tires were impressive in their stopping grip They were fine getting through the stuff, but obviously the big concern in those conditions are stopping and handling. I was well pleased with the purchases. I feel good sending my kids off knowing they have these tires on their cars. My daughter spent last winter up in Northern Michigan near Lake Michigan. She said these tires were awesome even in deep snow.

Are these the best tires in the world? No, but are they the best tire on a budget? Absolutely. The traction is surprisingly good in snow. They're decent in the rain, and they're exceptinal in dry weather. I've gone through many cheap tires on the horrible Boston, but these seem to be holding up pretty well so far.

Winter has a Ford because we didn't have much snow

I drive about 3,000 miles a month. I've driven in heavy rain already and I've had zero problems with the tires. No hydroplaning and I tend to drive relatively fast. Of course I pick the high Lane because it has better drainage but still, I had no problems in heavy rain. I hate roundabouts but these tires give me very good traction. That's about it can't see much more I would definitely buy them again. As much as I drive that may only be 2 years from now.
