Not sure what rubberwood is, but I will google after I write this review. Overall great cutting board. This wood cutting board replaces my plastic one that appartenly releases micro plastics when cutting into the board. Which is equivalent to 12 credit cards worth of micro plastics entering our bodies. So back to wood for safer meal preps.
