Poor packing

Arrived with 2 gallon jugs in box, no packing materials. One of the jugs was leaking through the cap (broken seal), and both jugs covered in oil, and oil was soaking through the box. there was oil on my doorstep, and everywhere the box went. Product is good, seller's packing/shipping procedures are not good. I realize shipping carrier likely mishandled product, but no attempt made by seller to avoid damage. I will not buy this online again.
