I'm so disappointed

2 stars only because it's beautiful. As a showerhead, it's a huge disappointment. It's not a rainshower at all, it's a bunch of tiny , uncomfortable spits of water. Thank goodness i have a handheld, it's the only way i can get water out of my hair. And there is so much air added that the water is cold by the time it gets to me, even though i didn't mount it very high. I wish there was some way to modify this thing. I suppose I'll wait a few years til the sting of the price tag wears off and then buy something else.

Not as advertised

I tried to get used to this "Rainshower" for quite a while but it simply isn't up to the job. It makes a loud hissing noise and only delivers a trickle that makes for an extremely uncomfortable shower experience. When trying to resolve the issue with Hansgrohe, I got nothing but the run around. I ended up buying a Grohe replacement that works much better.

Not at all as expected

The showerhead looks great but there is no waterpressure and it is useless for taking a shower. Had stayed at many hotels with a rainshower head and those always worked great. Extremely frustrating after spending so much money on it.
