Bought a pair of these sconces for my covered front porch. They shipped direct and arrived quickly, packaged securely. I registered them online, took a minute. About a week after installation, the glass shattered on one of the lights. Called customer service and explained the issue. After discussion, we reached the conclusion that there may have been a hairline fracture in the glass and the temperature change to cold weather exacerbated it. CSR immediately sent a replacement light which arrived in a few days. No issues with new light. Very happy with appearance and performance. Rated 4 stars only because of the first light shattering.
