A con to mention

The percolator makes a great tasting hot cup of coffee, but I had to return mine after light use due to the plastic knob atop the lid. During regular use, the knob chipped which kept me from using the entire percolator. Who wants to pry a metal lid off a hot pot of coffee every time they pour a cup?? I wish the knob was better integrated into the lid….

Great product if it would just stay in tact.

It worked well for about two months then the bottom came apart. It looks like the glue or something just quit holding the upper and lower parts together. I have taped them back together to be able to continue using it but something needs to be done to make the stated components more durable.

This is the most clumsy to use percolator I have ever used ! HEAVY AND AWKWARD TO USE! The keep warm feature is exactly that! After brewing, the coffee is only tepid! I can almost drink from the pour spout! Shiny and nice looking DOES NOT MEAN IT'S A GOOD COFFEE MAKER! I SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT BEFORE DISCARDING THE BOX IT CAME IN
