Product is a good size for a queen bed. My patient used a WM branded item first. It was much too thin and bunched up with movement on her bed. The Essential Medical equipment branded underpad is a bit thicker but the backing is what keeps it in place. There have been no wet accidents yet so I can't attest to that end of the product performance.
