I hadn't slept well for months. Started using the honey camomile collagen. It helped a bit immediately but It took several weeks before I got really consistent sleep every night. Now I can count on 7-8 hours, with one quick "pit stop" in the night. Sometimes I even save a little bit and drink it after i return to bed.
