I wasn't sure about how well I would be able to hear when I first ordered these. But the sound comes through loud and clear. I can, actually, hear better through these than the individual scope that I previously own. I plan to teach my brother how to take our Dad's BP so that he can do it when I'm not available. Assembly was simple. Came with replacement earbuds. I would definitely purchase again.
