wrong item received poor service upon request help

ordered mini chocolate donuts received many powdered donuts two boxes which is what I ordered of the chocolate I quickly notified them through the website had poor response time and even poor assistance once I got a hold of them would not order from them again definitely suggest no one order from them I'm still waiting to make it right because I am wheelchair-bound I use the app it is very difficult to get a response from them that doesn't require me taking the product to the actual post office it is now February 7th and cold and rainy outside this has put me off of this supplier will definitely pay more and wait longer in order to get the right item shipped
