Cook in your air fryer they come out perfect what I do is I put parchment paper down in my air fryer and then I put the fish sticks Lane in a single layer and yes they can be side by side really tightly I just spray them with Luana coconut no stick spray or something like that preferably coconut based I spray them and I put them in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 degrees they are absolutely delicious you don't even have to flip them

Yeah, I buy these because we like to do fish sticks Fridays with fries and salad. My kids tend to turn them into fish sandwich, fries, and salad with bread, tartar sauce, cheese, and sliced onions with pickles so this is a perfect way we eat them every Friday grateful for a fun Friday for fish day if you don't feel like frying fish, perfect alteration.

Have been eating fish sticks for years. Gorton's is my favorite choice for frozen fish because I know I'm getting real fish ( pollack) , not some mystery stuff that tastes awful. The ingredients are few and simple. The fish sticks are smaller now, but still, these are a good deal for the cost. I love these for dinner with a dash of fresh lemon juice or sometimes I make my own sauce with mayo, sweet pickle relish etc. Gorton's are tasty, good crunchy coating, fast and easy. Low cost meal.
