Lightweight, comfortable to hold, pretty color, handle feels sturdy. Liquid cools too quickly without the lid. The mug was shipped with no protective packaging. It was in a thin cloth bag, which was placed in a thin plastic USPS envelope. No box, no bubble wrap, no wadded-up wrapping paper. Nothing. The mug arrived undamaged. Must have been shipped with a guardian angel to protect it.
