I am unable to lift my 48 pound bulldog into the car myself. And bulldogs don't jump. At least mine don't. This ramp is very light weight and easy to unfold and fold. It has a non slip surface and my dog can easily walk up and down it to get in and out of the car by herself.

I have 4 steps to get out by side door which is fenced in yard and my lab went blind suddenly and this has been a God send for me to get her in and out of the house. This is for a vehicle but i use it for the steps and it is very secure in doesn't move. So i can guide her down and then i put a sling around her to help guide her back up it. I am 63 with hip problems and this makes its very easy for me
