UT treats and rotten delivery method

My cat really likes these. My only complaint is Fed Ex delivered them and the package had gotten completely squashed under very heavy packages and was totally FLAT. These are supposed to be individual fish shaped chews. When I opened the very hot, flat packet, it was one big flat glob. I have to pull the whole thing out and break off what I am hoping is a serving size for my cat since it's was all globed together. Not happy about that at all, it was also scorching hot so assume that didn't help with it being completely flattened into a big pancake.
