Executive Desk - good quality & looks nice

This desk is everything I expected. The quality is above what I expected and it looks nice. I took my time with the assembly, and the instructions were perfect - the drawings were good and I didn't have any assembly problems or missing parts. All the pieces were packed especially well - no scratches or dings, even though it's a heavy box (~200 pounds). Once put together, all the pieces fit well - and the super large work surface is impressive. I'm actually thinking about buying another one. By the way, the top middle drawer is advertised to be a keyboard drawer, but, functions fine as a normal drawer. The drawers move in and out smoothly and the slides and glides are good quality. One thing I did which perhaps made assembly easier for me - I carefully removed all the pieces and laid them out on the floor, then jumped to the steps to put the drawers together first. This took about 2 hours, and then the next morning I assembled the rest. This is a nice desk - take your time putting it together and you'll be happy.

It is a great home office desk when you buy it at a sub $300 price. comparable furniture outlet items are more than twice the price. But paying more than that is somewhat pricey. Assembling was a breeze once you take the time to identify and segregate the parts.
