Choose McKesson's bariatric premium gel seat cushion to add comfort, promote proper positioning and posture, increase stability, and redistribute pressure. It's ideal for wheelchair users or workers who sit in an office chair all day long. This premium, 3-inch design includes a pressure-sensitive, molded high density polyurethane foam encompassing a gel bladder and topped with a gel-infused, Visco memory foam layer. It's specifically designed to optimize pressure relief by allowing the user's pressure points to "immerse" into the gel-infused, Visco-foam top layer. The low-shear, stretch nylon cover is a low-maintenance, waterproof material that accommodates risks of spill, perspiration and incontinence. The seat is designed to optimize pressure relief and shock absorbency by allowing the user's pressure points to immerse into the top layer of the seat. The open-cell foam is breathable, while the gel acts as cooling agent for temperature control and to mitigate perspiration. Adjustable straps buckle to secure an appropriate position and safety for users up to 275 pounds. It measures 18 inches x 18 inches x 3 inches.

these pads are rock hard !! i can not imagine the suffering that they are causing the poor disabled people that they are designed for. i would never have my mother or self use them, and couldnt even give them away to another for camping. torture devices!!!
