Even baking and so easy to clean

It doesn't matter if something burns onto these baking trays, running hot water over them with the spray setting powers everything right off. Then add just a little drop of Dawn dishwashing liquid to a paper towel and gently hand-wash to remove any oils that you had added while cooking. I can't believe it took me so long to buy these. I look forward to finding out how many years they last and I'm hoping this quality is much like from the 1950s and 1960s when bakeware lasted for decades.

I like how sturdy they are, the copper look is great, I'm very leary of cooking product's so I purchased only one to check them out. I ordered another one because they are great cookie sheets.
