This is a disgrace

This looks so fake. It took a couple weeks to receive, I returned it 11 days ago and have still not received a refund. They also sent the wrong size, 3 sizes too small. The ring is total garbage and looks like a costume jewelry toy. The customer service is horrible. Id previously bought from this company and got a ring with a stone missing so I shouldn't have given them a second chance. I want my refund, this has taken too long and is seeming fraudulent. I would strongly not recommend and I will never buy from again.

Our courier delivered it to you on December 21st, meeting your order requirements. Third, you purchased size 7. We shipped according to your request—it is not three sizes smaller, nor do we produce rings that small. Fourth, you never informed us about the stone falling out. Fifth, you requested a return, so we instructed you to send it back. We will refund you once we receive the item. Where exactly did we fall short?
