Shady Walmart practices

I would have rated it higher but Walmart cancelled the order for some reason. Purchased it for $8 on sale and they didn't ship it, they just cancelled it. It was now available for $16 I checked. So I reordered it using a coupon code from customer service this time for $6 using code. They didn't send it and it was cancelled again and the price jumped up to $23. I just checked and it's still available but now for $16. It feels like shady practices. I'm a plus member so get free shipping no matter the price of item being shipped but they didn't ship it twice and cancelled twice. Is this how you treat your customers Walmart ? Advertising on sale items and cancelling them when price goes up? Shady shady shady.
