Poor packaging.
The product was a thin walled plastic box, shipped in a bag with a very thin sheet of foam around it. Sent a picture of the damage, was asked to keep it by the manufacturer and would be given a 30% discount, then asked to keep at 50%, then 70%. It wasn't packaged to ship without damage, don't believe that customers should be asked to pay for an item they can't use.
