Poor Communication

Seller has poor communication. I was given run around for a package I paid express shipment for. There was no tracking updates. The seller overall just wasn't helpful at all. When I threatened to request a refund they stop responding. It's mad disappointing because I ordered these items for my daughter's dance team show case. This was a major disappointment.
