Needed a Replacement Knob.
The instruction manual for the stove specifically states not to leave the top oven door open while the stove is hot because it can melt the knobs. I knew this ahead of time; therefore, melting a knob was my fault. I found the LG website user friendly, and it was easy to get a replacement knob mailed to me. They include photo's of what the replacement part looks like on their site, which made it easy for me to validate my purchase. I gave it 5 stars because it met 100% of my needs.
