just what I wanted!

Fairly easy to put together. Looks really nice. I've had lots of compliments on it already. The color looked just like the picture. It's big enough for my 2 kids to put their backpacks and winter gear in after school which is what I was hoping for. Really cleans up my entryway. It arrived with a corner damaged, but they offered to give me a discount for it and I can just use a stain touch up marker.

missing instructions. and pieces

Received the hall tree with no instructions. Crosley sent them to me only to find out that I was missing apiece. Lots of delays. Hopefully it will look great when it does get put together -p

Should be zero

The large back piece had a large gouge in it (about 3 inches tall by 1.5 inches wide). It is a heavy item so I laid it front side up for the installation. You don't pick it up to see back side until late in the installation so it was all put together before I saw it. On plus side install was a breeze but returning was not feasible at that point. It is mind bending that they would send a piece in that condition. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. QA is apparently non-existant.
