The only thing you need to know is try it first during the day when you have nothing to do so you can find out does this give you energy or does this put you to sleep because it can do either or I tried it out in the evening before bed and I was all pumped up full of energyif you want a good night sleep you want to use magnesium glycinate. This is magnesium citrate overall it is a good healthy product though.
