Item fried as soon as we charged it.

Laptop fried as soon as we plugged in the charger. So far still trying to refund the product, item was shipped back and delivered on 8/14. Sad it didn't last, thankfully Best Buy had a Predator Helios 4050 for cheaper than this one.
