AK-11 defective, but replacement works great

I bought a Linear AK-11 gate keypad and the keys did not work. Contacted Linear and they confirmed unit did not work so returning it Walmart for refund. Ordered a second one and installed it this morning. This unit is different from keypad I used in the past. You just enter the 4 numbers (or 6 if you set it up that way). Others I used required a %23 either before or after the 4 numbers. Gate installation guy said these are bulletproof - well I shot a hole in that claim, but there's always a bad unit somewhere. All OK now.
