Shipped the wrong item

What I received was NOT what I ordered. I ordered the arm rest set. I received the larger piece that covers the seat cushion. The package was marked for the arm rest but that's not what was in it. I decided to keep it, not worth the hassle and expense to ship it back. I still am debating if I want to take a chance and re-order the arm rest. Please advise.
