Excellent high quality roasting pan rack

This cooking rack is lightweight and fits well into my standard roasting pan. Because it is slightly elevated from the bottom of the pan, it lets the drippings through. The non-stick coating is also helpful because the turkey will not adhere to the rack. This also makes cleaning easier. I am satisfied with this product and would purchase again.
