Its running like a new computer right out of the box and its about 5 years old. My old Seagate hard drive blow up and I was always having to rest it and it never really worked right. I lost everything on my computer every time I had to reset it. It really was a pain in the butt. I have 4 external WD hard dives and I've never had a problem with any of them so I decided to try one of their internal hard drives and I'm glad I did. I haven't had one problem with it. It does make a little noise as its loading up , but so did my old one. My only issue is it says its a 3TB and I only have 2TB available to use. I don't know if there is something you have to do in order to access all the storage, but I will be checking on that next. Also be aware weather your wires will connect to the hard drive and lock on. My old wires wouldn't and I have to buy universal ones. hope my information helps.
