Sika MultiSeal Plus is a self-adhering, multi-purpose roofing repair tape that combines an advanced copolymer mastic with a flexible, tear-proof, UV resistant TPO membrane. It creates a fast, easy to apply, permanent watertight seal. Sika MultiSeal Plus bonds to a wide range of surfaces, including challenging roof materials. The flexible non-release membrane allows the product to adhere to itself, making it stretchable, cuttable, and foldable around intricately shaped roofing accessories to prevent water penetration.
