Easy to swallow, mild to no taste, good quality
I researched fish oil capsules, and this brand came out on top for quality and taste, and is from a sustainable fishery. The capsules look big, but are easy to swallow, maybe because they are narrow. The oil comes from wild caught Alaska pollock, from an MSC certified sustainable fishery. There is very little fishy burps, and is mild when it does happen.

Omega 3 fish oil is great for your health!
I loved that I was able to get several of these at half price during black friday! The quality of these was great too, I heard they're great for your health and that they're certified by the marine stewardship council and the IFOS. There's not really much taste to these which is good and in my opinion your body feels better almost immediately when you take these, like you get healthier each time you take your daily dose.
