Allow 12-14 hours of total darkness at night not even artificial light.
During the day give them sun until the buds begin to form.

Flower Buds:
Increase moisture and give fertilizer once the flower buds start emerging.
Keep the cactus in the same environment for blooming as movement or change can cause bud drop.
