Great for diabetics but not safe for Celiacs
Worked great for me but please beware these are NOT GLUTEN FREE if you're CELIAC or gluten intolerant they sell gluten free cough drops separately. But I am just diabetic and for me it helped me sooth my symptoms specially the tickle that makes you cough more and scratchy throat. but for my partner they had to buy gluten free ones as they are very sensitive. As always read the labels for safety and precautions.

These have a great favor and soothes my throat, during the nighttime. They help me with my snoring during sleep. I place one between my cheek and my gum, and it stays all night. I wake up with fresh breath and no sore throat to add to my equation. These help with scratchy throats too, as sometimes get during the drier winter months. I tried the major brand and they worked, but at 3 times the cost. I will stick with these, and I highly recommend them. I believe they come with a money back guarantee, see package for details.
