I bought this for golfing. The 3X fits but with no extra room. Sits just at the waist but did not get in the way when swinging so that was ok. Not long on a person who is tall. Worth what I paid for it. The lime green is very bright, more like road crew neon green, not a subtle lime green. Washed well. Worked good on a hot day of golfing. Looked good with the runched skort I bought from Walmart site. Fast shipping so I got it before I expected and could wear it for golf that weekend.
