I was taking these vitamins for the better part of 2025 because I was diagnosed anemic and my doctor suggested taking a multivitamin. For products like this I always for the the third party tested/GMP (good manufacturing practices) because the cheaper stuff has contaminants and metals in them. After taking these vitamins for quite a while and eating better my anemia went away. All my follow up visits were good in that aspect. Around November 2025 I had switched to another GMP rated brand, however, my last check up I was "slightly anemic". My diet has remained the same and the only change was my multivitamin. I am not and obviously cannot say it was the change in vitamins but I went ahead and ordered the Naturelo Multivitamin for men again. Hopefully it makes a difference. Thank you for reading.

Many vitamins %26 minerals companies are slack in what they promise and what they actually deliver. This company is REAL and TRUE in regard to its contents. I’m a physician and this is the company I personally use for my over the counter (OTC) supplements.
