After 270k miles on my 2001 Dodge Cummins 5.9L the high performance filter keeps my truck healthy and happy. I found a small amount of dirt perhaps passing thru the filter. K&N replaced the filter for me no questions asked. If I can get another 270k out of this one with no major repairs I will be sooo happy. The truck runs like a greyhound. I've run k & n for 30 plus years from the tip of Baja, thru the Rubicon trail and glying like a maniac across Hlamis and as a born n raised Dessert Rat. I will never run any other type of filter that's never ever. K & N is a outstanding company providing serious filtration to everybody. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING PRODUCT REPRESENTATION AND AN AWESOME TEAM! K&N customer 'til the end.........

Awesome ! I just installed a K&N OEM replacement filter for my '99 Dodge 2500 diesel. and already I can feel the results. The turbo seems to spool up quicker and you can definitely hear it. At the moment I am getting about 19 mpg but with this filter I am hoping it will put me above 20 mpg. Ever since my first car I have used K&N filters and will continue to do so.
