This system has been engineered, tuned, and dyno-tested to ensure performance gains specific to these applications. It features an extra-large AEM Dryflow synthetic air filter that offers outstanding airflow and filtration while being washable, reusable, and oil-free. The filter is positioned in the original air box location and protected by a custom heat shield, which helps reduce intake air temperatures for greater engine efficiency. The intake tube is made from mandrel-bent aluminum and finished in a durable gunmetal gray powder coat to ensure long-lasting performance and rugged under-hood appearance. The system also supports factory emissions control components, including the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor and crankcase breather hose, ensuring a secure and compliant fit. The oval-shaped Dryflow filter is built for longevity and can go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings, depending on driving conditions.
