AWFUL shipping. broken. smashed. destroyed

The clicker that goes with it was not in the package. The package was stepped on and the plastic end that has the prong was bent into a V shape instead of being a U shape that would plug into something. What it plugs into is not there either. The plastic was charred and broken no ends ... no plastic... bent prongs.... no usable... and NO CLICKER to operate it.I WANT A REFUND
