Bankers Box Stor/Drawer Premier - Drawer cabinet - for Letter - white/blue

I am unhappy with this product. I wish I could return it, but, since the original packaging is gone, my office supply source will not take it back. Once the file folders are filled with documents, they don't want to stay easily on the rack. The drawer is not easy to open. Once you pull out the drawer from the top box, it does not easily push back in. Unless you have this stacked against a wall (as shown in the video), then you have to hold the outer box to push it. And this is not easy when the drawer is full.
