Great dosage
I've been using Carlson Multi + Omega-3 for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with the results. The combination of a daily multivitamin and omega-3s is convenient and ensures I'm covering my nutritional bases. The soft gels are easy to swallow, sometimes there can be fishy aftertaste, though Since starting this supplement, I've felt more energetic throughout the day and noticed a slight improvement in my overall mood. It's a great all-in-one supplement for supporting general health, and I will definitely keep it as a part of my daily routine.
