Wrong size/Shipped Back/Still waiting on Refund

I ordered adult XL, and they sent youth XL, and it took over 3 weeks to receive the order. I shipped the order back at a cost of $6.40, the seller received the return order (tracking) and I have made 2 inquiries regarding my refund. The 1st inquiry I did not receive a response. This is a 3rd party seller on Walmart. Com's website. Walmart basically seems to take no responsibility for the actions of these parties with their customers. Very poor arrangement and poor customer service.
