Computer Desk - 48"L / Dark Taupe / Black Metal

Due to working from home until further notice because of coronavirus, I needed a new desk that would be simple (sleek/not bulky), not too expensive, enough knee space so I can sit comfortably and still cross my legs, be deep enough that I could fit two screens and a keyboard, plus have some space length-wise so that I wold be able to keep notes, pens, water, etc. on the desktop but also fit into a tight corner in my studio apartment. This desk fit the bill 100% - it was super easy to assemble (I was able to do it by myself in about 15-20 min), the measurements in the photo are true to size, and the desk doesn't feel "cheap" (like how many other inexpensive furniture brands do). I'm 5'8" (with a 30" inseam) and I'm able to comfortably cross my legs under the desk in a regular/adjustable office chair. I like the little shelf because it provides some additional storage space for things you might need but not regularly use (or if you just want to de-clutter the desktop space). Part of me wishes that the shelf was slightly larger so that I could fit a printer or something there, but I don't use a printer enough for it to be a dealbreaker. If I could change anything about the desk, it would be 1. Have the desktop be like 4" longer and 2" deeper and 2. Have there be a back to the shelf (I've had papers and things fall through to the back, which is annoying but again not a big deal). These are wishes that would make the desk perfect for me, but I'm still very pleased with the desk. Overall I'd give this desk a 4.9/5! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a decent, affordable, non-obstructive computer desk.
