I really like this pan...it's a little bit deeper than my previous pan from another manufacturer. I wanted a 9x13 pan with a lid and wasn't sure about the teflon only because my last pan didn't last too long before the teflon started peeling off (and yes I only use plastic or wooden utensils). But I decided to give this a try and I love it. I think I'll buy a second one.
