Perfect weight
Made my first French bread. The pan was heavy enough not to be cheap and light enough that it wasn't cumbersome to bake with. The bread cooked evenly and did not stick. Very pleased.

This is a very good nonstick baguette tray. The item is sold out so quick. I had to wait 2 months to get mine and so happy. I'm waiting for thIs item to be available again so I can order some for my families. After seeing mine, my families really wanted to get this Anolon baguette tray.
