Poor seller, no refund for properly returned item

The item was much deeper than I thought so I returned it, without taking it out of the box... I am still waiting for a refund 2 and a half months later. I have proof of receipt by the warehouse. I can't comment on the item, other than it didn't fit my space, but the customer service has been aweful. I have called multiple times with a promise to refund the money within 48 hours almost every time.
