Perfect for our purposes.
This is a perfect lamp for a reading area, as it is a little higher than most table lamps. I like that it takes a 150 W bulb. We also purchased the dimmer and that works out perfectly. It is extremely well-made and very attractive.

Great lamp!
I love this lamp. The style and height matched the best with a lamp my husband bought 27 years ago. It is gorgeous, great quality, and provides lots of light for reading. I'm now looking at the matching standing lamp.

Beautiful in Tradition
You can always tell the quality of a lamp by the shade it comes with. This shade has the trim and quality of a high end lamp. The marbled base lends itself to many styles of decorating. This lamp will truly "light up" your room and decor!
