School reform is at the forefront of the national conversation on education; however, implementation of such efforts proves to be challenging due to the complexity of change itself. Teaching school practitioners about reform and its accompanying change process is crucial to successful change efforts. It is also important to focus on knowing how teachers and administrators experience change since personal interpretations of change affect reform outcomes.
