Used advertised as new, lied to, dishonest

I received a USED not new costume in the mail. The package was cut open, tags had prices cut off so you couldn't see that you've been overcharged for a product and a used not new as advertised one at that. This is not okay. Buyers beware, do NOT buy from this seller. Didn't realize it wasn't a Walmart but 3rd seller when I ordered it.
